Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the FollowMoves app and related services, provided by FollowMoves (“we”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use FollowMoves.
The service
FollowMoves tracks the following lists of public Instagram accounts that you add and notifies you about new follows and unfollows. It works only with publicly available information. FollowMoves is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
Your account
You sign in with your Apple ID. You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country requires it. You are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Subscription
- Tracking accounts requires a weekly subscription, purchased through the App Store. The price is shown in the app before you pay. There is no free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each week unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current week.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your iPhone settings. After you cancel, it stays active until the end of the paid week. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- The subscription includes the limits described in the app and on our website, currently up to 3 tracked accounts checked every hour. We may change the plan or price; price changes follow App Store rules and notifications.
- When the subscription ends, tracking pauses. Your tracked accounts and history are kept.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use FollowMoves to stalk, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone, or otherwise violate anyone’s rights;
- use FollowMoves in violation of any law that applies to you;
- try to get around limits, access the service by automated means, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation;
- resell the service or data from it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Accuracy and availability
FollowMoves depends on publicly available Instagram data and on third-party providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and checks may be paused, for example when an account becomes private, follows more than5,000 accounts or is not found. We work to keep the service running but don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or stop features.
Intellectual property
The app, its design and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the App Store terms. Instagram content belongs to its owners.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
FollowMoves is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of data shown in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app. If you keep using FollowMoves after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
