How it works

Add an account once. FollowMoves keeps watching it for you.

    Enter the username of a public Instagram account. You don’t sign in to Instagram, and the account owner isn’t notified.

    We check it every hour

    FollowMoves compares the following list with the previous check. You can also run a check yourself every 15 minutes.

Will the person know I’m tracking them?

No. FollowMoves only reads public information about the account and never interacts with it: no follows, likes or messages.

Do I need to sign in to Instagram?

No. You sign in to FollowMoves with Apple. We never ask for your Instagram password.

Can I track a private account?

No, only public accounts. If an account you track becomes private, tracking pauses and you get a notification.

Is there a limit on account size?

FollowMoves tracks accounts that follow up to 5,000 others. If an account goes over the limit, tracking pauses and you get a notification.

How quickly will I find out?

Accounts are checked every hour, so a new follow or unfollow reaches you within an hour. When you want to know sooner, run a manual check, once every 15 minutes.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Your accounts and their history stay, but checks pause. They continue as soon as you subscribe again.

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose FollowMoves. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid week.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. Your account, tracked accounts and history are deleted permanently.
